STRUCTURE: RCC framed structure designed for seismic zone-III earthquake resistant using TMT steel according to National Building Code of India. Bangalore is in zone II.

MASONRY: 6" and 4" Solid concrete blocks for external and internal walls

WOODWORK: Main door with Teakwood frame and one side Teak veneer flush shutter with polish finishing and brass fittings. All other doors are Hardwood frames with flush shutters.

WINDOWS: Aluminum sliding shutters with MS Grills.

FLOORING: Vitrified Tiles of 1' 6" x 1' 6" in hall, dining and 1' x 1' in other bed rooms and antiskid ceramic tiles in toilets.
