I have booked on 26-1-2009, only 59 % work is completed for B wing. Why there is delay in project, since started from january 2009 and no work is in progress. initially assured possession in Nov.2011, then March 2013 and I don'tthink that it will finish during 2013.

we have booked 3 bhk flat in 'F'wing of akruti greenwoods thane in diwali itself. also we have done all initial payment and process uptill now. now the next step is for reistration and stamp duty. till now we have not recived any kind of letter or papers related to stamp duty and registration. let me know till what date we will get all papers..?? we want to proceed as early as possible.. thanking you.. vilas chaudhari.
