Seepage in the bathroom.... I am sure the owner in the upper floor would not take responsibility and association would say you will have to repair or take responsibility. On car park I feel that each apartment owners will be given a spot or parking lot position. Everyone wants the parking lot near to lift and this cannot be happened in large apartments.
Thanks for your reply,Abhilashaji. I am rather disappointed, if this is how the Adarsh Residency works! It looks beautiful and well maintained as though the associates of the RWA have harmony and co-operation. The Car Park is not as well maintained as the ground level. I wish though that the carpark for each apartment will be at least unde the same building, instead of three buildings away. Ms Shankar
