Hi Neha, the last I heard about this apartment is that they will take two years from the date they handed over the commencement certificate. Model flat is already done. Now I think it is ready for possession. Contact other buyers.

Hi Soundarya, thanks for the detail. Project is not yet ready to move in , last week we went for the site visit. n It seems that builder will take time to give the possession. I have no idea of any buyer of akme encore if you have any contact detail of any buyer please let me know. Thanks in advance.
