In NCC Maple Heights the charges were as follows : Sedan = 300/month, Hatchback = 250/month. Note that these charges are fixed, no bargains at all. A bunch of cleaners, all from the same group wash the cars, so you have to deal with one single entity. In Alpine Eco i have asked around 3 cleaners about the charges, they all start with 500/-, then come down to 350/400 after bargaining. The surprising part is that they agree to wash the car but haven't done so in last 1 week. It's like denial of service :). Never expected this in a society. Few things that should be take care fo are : 1) Rates should be fixed, no bargains. and why are the rates on the higher side ? 2) The cleaners are bound to clean the car. There shouldn't be any denial of service if they have signed up to clean the car in the society.
