Hello, 1) Its regarding notice I received this evening for payment of caution money, 2) I am surprised to know and could not understand how Associataion can DIFFERENTIATE between owner and tenants? 3) Enquiring about this, got to know damages caused by one of the tenant while vaccating the flat, and association could not recover the money from the tenant and as well from the owner. 4) May be the reason being owners dont stay here, and its difficult to catch them. (Which is not correct) 5) The way non resident owners pay maintainance & sinking fund, same way they HAVE TO PAY for the damages caused if any. Whatever action association takes in case of non payment of mantainance & sinking fund, association can take same action in this case as well. (Because owner is responsible for the damages caused by his tenant) 6) How did association arrived at amount of Rs. 5000/- as caution money? Just because damaged caused last time was close to Rs. 5k or what? What statistics
