I have taken posession and rented it out already. However, one point rankles i.e. The water charges/transport charges come to 575 per month, which IMO is very high. Also one has to pay this irrespective of usage of water/ if transport is utilised or not. On a positive note, the building representative(Customer service ) is very helpful and issues get sorted out.

Most of the rules are for wellness of the city i.e. to maintain it as looking good. If you will see the agreement there is similar conditions as the other builders project with the addition of conditions to maintain city well which I feel good.
