Hi Akash,
Anahita is a project by Bengal Peerless. The site is close to VIP Road & 20 minutes drive from Airport. The project offers 3 & 4 BHK flats where the size of 3 BHK is 2035 sq ft which is generally Rs 2500-2700 per sqft.

I had been to visit the site last week. Construction seems about 70% complete however I feel it is the finishing that takes more time. Checked from the office as well ... they said pocession shall be given by 2011 pujas.
