We visited the Aparna cyber commune site yesterday and was told that the prices will rise after 2nd Dec, currently they quoted 2525/sqft. Also the phase 2 1515 sqtft flats r almost gone but at the site i could hardly see it in a state where they can be delivered by jun2010 which the aparna ppl r claiming. Can somebody put some more light on this project.

I am considering buying a 1515sft apartment in block K. I am told that it's a lake view from the balcony. Can you tell if I am making the right choice? How far is the lake from the property and would it be a breeding ground for mosquitoes? Also, I was told that a mall was going to come up in the vicinity by Aparna itself. Will it hamper the 'residential peace' of the project?
