Mother deed ( with EC ) – Plan copy – (Approved from Gram panchayat) – Full & final settlement agreement from seller – sale deed – original Ec after registration – and original Katha papers.

We picked a property recently and the above documents were handed over by the seller to us.

    Hi

Have purchased a property for 6 lacs, but the sale deed is registered for 25000/-. What will be the impact if the judiciary (court) or the registrar or the income tax dept. comes to know of this transaction? Will i have to pay penalty along with the difference amount or the property will be confisicated, if yes, whether the property will be returned back or sold by the concerned authority? What will be the position of the seller who has recieved 6 lac for that property?
