Yes satyapal, this community is for BPTP princess park and this is to discuss primarily on (i) Non handing over possession of the flats at Princess Park, Sector 86, Faridabad despite promises for last one year and (ii) Non accessibility of basic amenities.
How to proceed to get back our hard earn money from the BPTP if thay are not able to execute the project in time.
I am worried about the posession date of the Princess Park Flats.

I had been onsite visit of Princess park on Saturday and was satisfied with the construction activities even though it is late now. 1. Tower E, F, G construction is almost complete. Lifts, tiles, doors, windows are already fitted in Tower E. Finishing work is going on all towers 2. As assured by the contractors, total work for Towers D, E, F and G will be complete by June end. Then these towers will be handed over to marketing team. So possession is likely by July end. So investors there is some light at the end of the tunnel.
