The brick work demand is raised by using the loophole (initiation of work), the trick works well . Even if the 8th slab is not completed and a portion of the ninth slab work is initiated by shuttering the builder demands the installment. Never ever do the builders send you the photographs of the slabs completed. They instruct the photographs to be taken from some distance of that particular building .

This is a common problem of Lodha. You are not able to contact them on Phone nor do they reply to Emails. I had to pay a delayed payment for mistake of HDFC and LODHA amounting to Rs 24,000/-. They are really DISGUSTING.....

lodha group is asking 5% of vat of agreeement value now they had not told at the time of booking

Hi manish, I have not yet registered my flat. When do you have done your registration ? What is your cluster name?
You need to read the agreement very carefully. I don't think there is an option given to cancel the agreement, which means it is not so easy to do it. Moreover you can possibly try and work out a soloution with your bankers to get your loan approved, for this I am sure Loadha group will fully support you. I am sure this is not just your problem that the date mentioned in the allotment letter is different from the date mentioned in the agreement. Lodha group has standard allotment letters and agreements for all flat purchasers, so if you have a problem then there will be whole bunch of flat owner's who will have similar problem. Try to get the others flat owner's contact numbers from Lodha office and talk to them what they are doing. May be you will get some help. Last option is to take legal opinion.

Lodha builder is charging money for open parking is it legal?
no it's not legal that is the reason they are taking the cheque on different party's name and also they are not mentioning the same in the cost sheet they are providing.This is all done on verbal communication.
Ya....but you know it all happens in real state market. See other bldrs they also practice the same. Poor customers like us are forced to pay all this. If they start taking in white....addl burden of taxes etc will also come to us only. They may fix parking charges as 3.5 lacs in case of white you know.....

Maximum areas in mumbai are low lying areas that are usually flooded in monsoon season.I agree with the point that the area is low lying area but they have taken the precausion by lifting the level by 6 feet during plinth construction.This area was affected only in July 2005.And you will not disagree with me that 80% os the mumbai aws under water in July 2005.
Yes even I have now heard that it is a low lying area. I wonder why they have stopped calling up for the money.
