I recollect there was a discussion earlier to insure the buildings etc if not done then Society to take up insurance of all the common areas ( roads/ compund gate/ Lift/ club house / structures etc) and also individual flats after getting a quote from either Bajaj Allianz or ICICI lombard.

as a professional body, clarion park should have various policies like house keeping policy,security policy,water policy,environment policy,parking policy,maintenance policy etc which should be drafted by committes and displayed in notice boards, web portals etc before it is adopted. every member/tenants should acccept the policy so that it can be strictly implemented
