As per terms & conditions booklet attached with the allotment letter, completion time is 36 months from the date of commencement of construction of respective towers, otherwise the builder will pay penalty @7.25% for the delayed period. The project in nearing completion. They do have some flats left. The going rate per sq ft is around Rs 3500. Model flats as far as I know have been demolished.
