how the rohan jharokha builder
i'm planning to buy a flat in rohan jarokha. i'm looking for the feedback on this project. is this builder trust worty to invest so much?

Hi Manish, I too 'was' interested in this project! Then a web search on 'Rohan Vasantha reviews' and the recent steep price rise has really put me off now. From what I have understood so far, there construction quality and the finishing is way below the other well-known builders like Purvankra or Brigade, but the prices are nevertheless at par with them! Go and check a Purva project like Purva Fountain Square and then head towards the Jharoka. Seeing is believing.
