Inordinate Delay Tower 18-23 (first paid Buyers to DLF )
Dear Mr Raman, MD, DLF Homes, Chennai We are one of the long term Customer of DLF, earnestly shown our trust on your completion of this DLF Garden Citi project, where plenty of turmoil happened during the last year as well 2009. We had booked our C21094 from the year 2008, travelled along with you so long, with a strong beleif that our flat will be delivered by your DLF as per our schedule of agreement. Now we had next round of (after plenty of cancellations) surprises being thrown in, that this Tower 18 -23 is being postponed (with the present stage) forever, and the so called owners like us are being advised to look for available flats in other Towers. We are quite shocked, infact we stood in a Q to find and book this flat in your office, by looking into various aspects of buying our dream home, whereas the same is getting uprooted completely with your Management's attitude, which leads us in great mental trauma & agony. Infact we are shelling out hege ineterst cost

Hi Sai,I recently booked a flat @ DLF New Town Heights Kakkanadu, Kochi. In my Agreement it says, after 30 months from my booking date, if my flat is not handed over to me, I'm liable for a payment of Rs.10 per sq/ft from DLF. Is this a new clause added to win trust of future investors or could there be a catch to it. Regards Vinod

We feel that all the members should join together again and exhibit our strength to DLF. They are delaying the projects on their own and still expect the customers to be with them. Many members might have received letters about the enhancement of super built up area ,levying of certain taxes by Govt etc.This is only to force us to pay more, even for their mistakes.
