Plan to buy a villa in the Phase 2

Hi Rockey, Sounds like an idea. I personally feel their Phase II is a little overpriced. So if thats a plan then maybe we can see how it works out.

Hi, We did ask them about the discounts but they are not ready to negotiate as of now. Not sure about our investment now, coz the pricing is a lil too high for us. Lemme know if somebody was able to strike a deal with them in terms of discounts .

Seems a bit over-priced for the location. Looks like would not be able to move in for next 4-5 years for want of accessibility and other amenities though the villa would be ready before the same. U can contact me @ anuvk6@yahoo.com
