Empyrean Villa Bangalore
Dear All, I am planning to buy villa at Empyrean. Considering the price and the quality i found its worth but my worries are the connectivity to parts of city such as whitefield is 20 kms and outer ring road is 30 kms. Some of the people are advising me not to invest as there are least chance to development in next 6-8 years. Please give your valueable feedback

Hi Navneet- All members in this forum have already signed the HBA long back so I don't think anyone will be bad mouthing the project. Definitely, the project is on the outskirts of Bangalore and thus connectivity problems. (specially from Railway Station & Airport) If you are working far from ITPL, like Electronics City, Koramangla etc, than by all odds you need to give it a second thought. Rest assured, it will be worth your penny in coming 5-7 years. (Any project which is as large as Empyrean takes time to develop) This is just my thought : Regards,Vikas

The usp of the project is its price. A villa at the cost of an apartment almost. I personally believe that in the next 3-4 yrs bangalore will have great connectivity. I already find the roads improved from my first visit to the empyrean in may to my second visit in jan
