Any problem to start constructing Own Home at PC paradise sites?

Although Phase I started four years back, then why still the plot is vacant yet? There are no houses built in pc paradise? Any problem for construction? I am planning to buy plot in Phase II, so requesting to know this. Waiting for your feedback - Tapan - roytapan@yahoo.com - 962020 7840

its a catch 22 situation, people won't start building unless they see some houses already built !!! but there are talks in this community to start building houses. There is no problem as such to start construction.
