Vardhaman vatika projects.
Hello Ajit, I was going through some of the website about this project, the project seems to be a 14 storey tower with all modern facilities in the building. All the amenities has been provided along with superior marble & granite finishing and granite skirting all round.

Hi Ajit and Lalit, i have gone thr this project and also booked 2 BHK flat, building has 8 floor with modern facilities. Ajit are you looking for flat over here .... its nice project .... you can visit the place

Hi Dhananjay, Thanks for replying.I am also suppose to book 2bhk flat over there.seems location is fine.Yes you are correct that is 8th floor building there are total 3 wings A B and C where in A wing all 2 bhk flats are there but I could not find any information about this in any website , till now they did not put their info in Vardhamandeveloper.com..Can you tell me how is this builders? I believe there have already completed their projects like vardhaman hierghts,dhruv,bhumi etc..let me know your no so that I can discuss with you since you hav already booked flat there.. @Lalit, I believe that project you are talking about is different.This project is in Thergaon Pune area.

@Ajit and Dhananjay, even I also went through the builder site and they it was mentioned as Vardhaman Vatika is a 14 storey tower. Even I check in Commonfloor it is the same project, for further details you an check the link by Clicking Here.

Hi Anant, Actully rates are increasing, I had booked at the rate 3500 on 23 march. Now rates may be above to 3700. But I think for 2BHK we can gate some concession in rates. For 1 BHK less chance for low rates.
