I want to exchange my flat.

I got a 'F' type flat with covered park at Avidipta (Bengal Peerless Project) on G+2 overlooking the garden and water body (3F) with all the three sides- East, South and West open. Can I exchange it with any higher floor flat?

Hi Gagopadhyay, First you have to talk with the builder about the issue, if flats are not sold out then you can request the builder for exchanging your flat.
