Is the project at Ravet worth investing?
Silver Gardenia Ravet Pune has anyone checked on this project ? Is it wise to invest? How is the location, builder, price, trust? Thanks Amol.

The project is very good for investment purpose because the location of the project is very good. The project offers 2 bhk & 3 bhk with 960 to 1360 sq. ft and price ranging from Rs 34 lakhs to Rs 46 lakhs. The quality of the construction is also very good and the project is also nearer to IT park. As far as I know Rohan Construction is one of the leading builder and they have successfully completed many projects.

The builder is well-known for the quality constructions. That's how I said the quality will be good. One of my friends has also invested in this. Then I came to know about this project.
