Fraudulent move by the builder.
In Sapphire I, the east facing 2.5 bedroom flat layouts of all 19 floors, after entering into agreement and receiving money upto Rs. 20 lakha, 1 year ago, is suddenly revised now to west facing without any view. A big fraud is being attempted. All 2.5 bedroom flat owners should join together and oppose this fraudulent move. It is done because 2 BR flats are not booked in West side. So 2.5 bedroom flats are pushed to that corner.

Thanks very much. Yes I have booked. But construction in this block is just started and at the foundation/ stilt level. I am not sure Whether data of those who have booked in Sapphire 1 will be available with the Olympia Opaline Owners Group. Also can you please guide me how to contact Olympia Opaline Owners Group.
