I Spoke to them. But they are telling me some story. They are telling it had created problem in smondo ville thats why they are collecting it now itself from us. But this is supposed to be given to Govt and it should be given at the time of registration. If we pay now simply that interest will go to builder. Hi, Currently no bank is providing home loans on Ansal Sushant Serene residency in GNOIDA. However, they have submitted papers for approval in PNB and HDFC which might take time as Ennviornmental clearnace was still pending for the project. However, it might have been cleared now. Also, I checked with Indiabulls, the guy told me the approval will come within a week. I have already booked a flat in the project and I checked with project manager (Meenakshi) and I was told that I can submit sanction letter of pre-approved loan from any bank , pay 15% of my share and pay only when bank starts disbursing loan, which is good!
