I feel Mantri Celestia is a good option for investment purpose. I think location wise in Gachibowli is very good and they are quoting Rs32.39 Lakhs-Rs40.01 Lakhs for 2bhks and 3bhk flats.

Thanks Bulbul. Ok, I was asking as I invested 5 years ago in Kot Residency and still no appreciation nor possession. OSB sent out mailers at the start of the year stating that they would give possession in mid of this year but I still don't know whether to believe them or not

All three areas are good with respect to development. If your office is located near ITPL, then it's advisable to choose Marathalli or Whitefield. These 2 areas are near to ITPL and outer ring road. There are good shopping malls, schools, hospitals and the localities look beautiful and well-designed since it is recently developed. And there are many projects to choose from.
