Ok so they've atleast updated you so much. We are kept in complete darkness and every time we reach out to them they say the approval will be ready in a week's time. Our booking deposit has been with them since December and now they are saying they will deduct 25k if the booking is cancelled. Perfect way of putting customers in a fix. Hi Gowri, you had bought up a valid comment, infact i too had the same contention, in regards to the Open Parking facility for the cars, while i had discussed this with KG Builders, they came up stating that their intial plan was to provide only for open car system, i insisted that their should be Closed Car Parking, but they had mentioned that we the owners should join up together and build by ourselves for a facility with Closed Cover Car Parks like raising Holdings and provide Shelters which is now commonly followed in all Major Residnetial Complexes nowaday, but they had mentioned that this facility they can provide but the cost to bear this has to borne by the Owners of the individual flats, for which we need to firm up with a common consensus with all and come up with an agremeent and take forward with the builders.
