According to my knowledge there is a court stay on project and n.d.h. is 24-05-2012 in Punjab and Haryana high court. this is in response to farmers group headed by one Mr.Om parkash's writ petition in which they have said that govt. 1st issued notices for aquitation of their land in 2004 and 2006 due to which farmers sold their land in panic to builders and in 2007 just before the final notice govt withdrawn the prior notices and now in 2012farmers feel that they were cheated at that time, court has asked the govt. to explain the circumstances under which they have withdrawn the notice. INTERESTINGLY mr om parkash the main petitioner has also booked some properties in abw project which is a part of above mentioned 968 acre land. thus here mr. om parkash 1st sold his land to abw and then booked some properties in the project which means till that time he had no issues and now seeing the boom in poperty prices in area he feels at that time he got cheated.

We booked a flat no. LG-4 (Lavender) in Krish City, Bhiwadi (Rajasthan). While inspecting our flat progress, we found there were two pits/manholes inside the balcony area of our flat. In this regard we met with Mr. Mandeep Sharma and told the situation and registered a complaint in the office of Krish City on 20th April, 2012 as well as we also emailed the situation to the President of Krish City, Mr. Sunil Aggarwal, Vice President, Mr. Sudhir. But till date we have not received any reply from their side. Today when we make a phone call to Mr. Mandeep, he told me that "this is a architecture problem in all the Lavender flats in the Krish City and can not be removed the pits/manholes from the balcony area." If they do not remove the pits from the balcony area, I will go to consumer court in this regard. Any body who wish to join me can contact me

Hi! I just booked a 3 BHK flat in KG Signature City. The downside with them is there is no closed car parking facility. They provide only open car parking. This is ridiculous for the Chennai type of weather. Lack of Modular Kitchen and storage facilities in the interior. Any comments on the pros and cons you observed with KG Signature City? We have to really form a good and strong association of buyers to jointly request for betterment of the facility and our living. Any thoughts?
