I came across you discussion posted here about the Real estate Scam in Ghaziabad. I think the fact you have mentioned is not a right one as there was no Scam news recently for Ghaziabad and according to a news source, NCR has emerged as the largest residential market in the country. According to me, the construction on hold may be various reasons from fund constraints to issue in receiving approval. You can contact the builder to know the exact reason of stopping the work.
