I booked a flat in Nector tower of Ajnara Gen-x, how much it is affected due to this. Already in my last visit i found the construction has been on hold but not know the reason. is is due to this that govt has released a stay order? Please reply.....

I need to discuss regarding the site boundary for the Featherlite Vaikuntam project. My questions are 1) Is there going to be a common way for the sterling apartments(which is behind the akshaya homes) people to be used? 2)If so then how can the people who has booked in vaikuntam projects can use the car in a comfortable? 3)Is there going to be compoun wall or fence. I beleive in a gated community normally having a compound wall is better. please respond. I do have many other questions to be discussed.

Hi, We also booked a flat right long way back in 2009 and still waiting to get the flat on our hand. If you have seen the latest email dated 14th May 2012 from Doshi Housing manager, Ms Rama Lakshmi, it seems they need some 2-3 months from now on to get some clearance as it is coming adjacent to a lake. My question is that as these people boasts themselves that they are branded pioneers in Real Estate, can't they know that they have to get some additional clearances when it is next to a lake? And should they have smelt it earlier and do the necessary things, and not harass the buyers like this. Can anyone have latest updates. Hope all buyers of nak II are in same page.

Hi All, In my property, for odd number floors flats have straight dry balcony is attached to kitchen door (Entry door to dry balcony from kitchen) and for even number floor flats have "L" shaped dry balcony. I am leaving on 5th floor so there is vacant space on top side in my dry balcony from upper flat (i.e. 6th floor). Issue is the upper flat owner has put the slab on that vacant space which blocks the light and air to come in my flat. This portion should remain vacant as per building plan which I have received from builder. Also the project is new and still do not form society and run by builder. We had been living as a tenant in Flat 1901, Tower B in Oberoi woods(from Nov 2010 to Oct 2011). We had initially a contract for two years and was asked to upfront pay Rs 24000 to the Facility office for amenity access.After a year our landlord Ashok Bhavnani wanted to sell the flat and we vacated. Since then we have been requesting the Facility office as well as property agent Rahul Savnani to arrange for refund of Rs 12000(the fees for second year of use of Facilities). We have always heard new stories from all ends and now its become clear that the Facility office doesnt want to refund the money at all. I am aware that the managing committee of this property is respected and has no intention to cheat people.Hence I wanted to bring to your notice of such wrong practices by the Facility office.
