Hi, I have a flat which I bought 20years back in a prime location in Kolkata . I have been paying tax, electricity bills and maintenance charges at regular basis without even living there. Now I wanted to sell the flat, the buyer has submitted all the required documents to AXIS BANK, KOLKATA 2 months back but the bank is suddenly asking for some irrelevant docs which even I had not submitted at the time of my registration. Can anyone guide me how to reply the bank for unnecessary fuss and misguiding the prospective buyer? MIMI CH.
