A new rule has been introduced in which builders have to pay 100 percent on any additional FSI they are using in a project. According to the new Development Control Rules builders have to include deck parking, balconies and flower beds in the FSI and have to pay for all those extra space. But do anybody know how much affective it would be?
State Govt has been working for controlling such misuse. If they misuse the free spaces, builders have to pay 100 percent on any 25 percent additional FSI they are allowing in the project. If someone has any update on the same please share with us too. Thank you.
