I had a word with them...during my discussion, they said the sales tax will be charged on total extra cost (+the base cost). Now the extra cost includes BWSSB and BESCOM charges as well. I dont understand how they can charge tax on govt statutory charges. Got to know, intercom will not be provided now thats a serious security lapse...No DG back up for flats...Not sure if the price quoted is justified..
