doesn't penalty should be paid by the builder of the project .. if the project gets delayed by more than 6 months from the expected date of possession. is any such clause if applicable in this case also.. since the possession was promised by Dec-11 and inclusive of grace period the project should be delivered by June-12.
I was thinking of purchasing a flat in Angel Mercury but it was suppose to get completed by December 2011. What happen still now the project did not get completed? Why there is a delay?
