Hi Jitendra, I would suggest ask the other buyers and know if they are also paying the same amount as you or less than you. If less, then is it for less facilities and amenities or the same as provided to you. If any injustice is being done to you then speak with the association or take legal help.
Thanks Suresh for your revert. Comparison is difficult for me to make. But yes, they are forcing me to pay for car parking, even though I decided not to have it (due to financial issue). On and above, now they are asking for huge interest. On and above all these, they have sent another revision with additional 1.08 saying their staff mistake.

The brick work demand is raised by using the loophole (initiation of work), the trick works well . Even if the 8th slab is not completed and a portion of the ninth slab work is initiated by shuttering the builder demands the installment. Never ever do the builders send you the photographs of the slabs completed. They instruct the photographs to be taken from some distance of that particular building .
