I have bought a home from this builder in another project. The builder does not finish the work on time and even the construction is also not good. Once you register the apt, he will not finish the work and also will do very bad quality work after that. all residents in my apt are complaining but still there is no response they will start new project and ignore ongoing booked apt, I am sure same will happen with asset placid also

I feel the location is the main advantage of the project. It is just 6 km from Electronic city and 6.5 km from Narayana Health City. And near reach to Koramangala and Whitefield too. First you will have to carefully verify all legal issues before purchasing a flat. Hire a good lawyer and a real estate agent.
