Phase 1 is nearing completion, in fact they have started giving possession letters.It is phase 2 which is under construction now with 2 floors raised.Work is not stopped,its going on,but its slow.
Does anyone know, if the Gaurav Excellency, Mira road - Building no 8, registration has begun? I have been waiting since last 10 months, given the registraiton money, but..they are saying some document is not approved by the DC and they are waiting...Please reply, if someone booked flat there.
