In my view, affordable range should be 3-5K, 5K-8K should be semi-luxury (most so called luxury projects in Mumbai will come in this category) and luxury should cost 8K+ (Currently none in Mumbai)

Hi Vibhor, I dont think gas pipeline is available there. you have to ask the builder for the gas pipeline for which I think you have to pay extra amount.

What are the areas near Vikhroli? Is it accessible to other regions of Mumbai?
The area is easily accessible to Thane, Dadar, Chembur, and Vashi through the Eastern Express Highway. The area has easy access to Bandra, Jogeshwari and other Western suburbs through Shastri Marg.
Vikhroli has lush green mangrove forests on one side and an array of infrastructure on the other. This region is less noisier than other parts of Mumbai.

I understand that since the society is not formed in Raj Legacy apart from paying broker commission one has to pay a fixed rate, I presume Rs 500 per sq. ft to builder to affect the transfer. Also society has not been formed for more than 3 years now.

It is definitely a magnificent structure. But like many other projects it too has its issues with the builder not showing urgency in creating a society. After sales service is too poor and so is the quality of security... many of them are hired men from local areas. There is a swimming pool where you can rather play cricket as it is not functional for months. All the other swimming pools in the area like Hiranadani, Powai, Godrej, etc are fully functional. Repeated pleas to maintenance staff in the office fall on deaf ears.

The third phase is being constructed but the first phase residents have yet not been handed over the society... Amenities are great but not fully functional. Poor response from support staff for queries.
