I have already booked a flat. 1. There doesn't seem to be any legal issue, as project has been approved by many banks. 2. About developer, not 100% sure, but to my knowledge, it is good only. Regarding alterations, i am not sure, as I have still not requested any, but I think nothing will be for free.. 3. no issues in taking home loan. 4. Reg Railway track, I dont think there should be any issue.. Instead there is an open space, lake, after that so it will be a good property with natural air and light benefits.

Hi, I have booked a flat in Jharoka and trust me after hearing the reviews from previous buyers I felt I have not taken a bad decision. This is what I heard and saw. Amenities present are swimming pool with paved deck and illumination, kids' pool, clubhouse, well equiped gym, water bodies, greenery and lawns, Jogging track, etc. Quality of construction also is good as it is by a renowned builder and has many projects. It has a garbage chute for segregating garbage, sewage & water treatment plant, biogas plant. No water problems as such. Parking is also good for each unit along with visitor's parking.
