That post is very old. Current asking rate is 2000+. Pl note that there is no drainage, water pipes and club house. Its just a piece of land. For that size of plot and state of basic amenities it is over priced.

I checked with marketing team they are giving 1440 sq ft @ 3300 PSF. they are left with only 3 units of 2BHK. 006 is a villa facing. it is a worth for money as of it ll be available in 3 moths for possession. thanks Chander
