Hi Dayamoy, I do not think there will be any water issue in this project because the project is approved by Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board, amenities are good and security is also good. Hey it depends upon the project, if the builder is giving semi furnished flats then you have to furnish it or if he is giving a not furnished flat then you have do your own interior work.
You need to complete wood work(Wardrobe, interiors etc) and kitchen work(Modular kitchen) before you can move in the flat

A couple of months ago I received a mail from Parkway saying that the project got delayed by some months after there was no update. How come you know Vaibhav that possession will take place by March 2012?
I am also tracking this project from last 1 year. Only thing I have observed is delayed Possession date (From Nov-11 to Jan-12 and now to Mar-12). I am also waiting for possession to start so that I can plan for buying a apartment.

If so how much percentage of loan bank has released for the project. Kindly share the details as i will plan to go for SBI for loan. I have booked two flats in this apartment and the same timeline was given to me. I booked the same about two eweeks back. Even i think that apart from the HT wire there are no other concerns, we get a lot of open spaces as compared to the other cramped projects around. Do you think this could be an issue during resale of the apartments in future ?
