After some construction work he starts the work of another building to make every buyer happy. Please don't spread the rumors before investigating yourself as it will disappoint every purchaser.

When I check the rates a couple of months ago it was Rs 1.21 crores for a 2bhk flat in Neelsidhi Atlantis, do not know about the current rates.
