The project lies in the prime location It lies at a proximity of 80 km from Chandani Chowk (Pune), 80 km from Hinjewadi, 120 km from Mumbai, 45 km from Amby Valley, 37 km (by road) to Lavasa (5 km Ariel distance), 25 km from Mumbai- Goa highway at Mangaon and 20 km at Kolad. The Emerald valley has almost all the modern amenities as well as facilities. I feel it is a good idea if it is for investment purpose.
