I know of builder refusing to get the agreement done on Stamp paper and they claim to be a great company in brochures/Ads. Manalidas : You may refer to www.Ideal.in for the details. The place is 5 min drive from New Town City Center. There are 2 parallel approach from MAR (includes a new 6 lane). Vist a NK Realtor site where you will get more details than Ideal site. Remember that its Rajarhat and NOT New Town. Its less developed now. Thanks.
