Forest reserve in Vasanth Kunj

There used to be a forest reserve some years ago near Vasant Kunj area! Where is it now?

With the rising urbanization, one can only see traffic, mounds of construction rubble and garbage. The forest area has shrunk itself with increasing population.

Even the officials are surprised as who sought permission for cutting of trees. These trees were to be pruned in winter rather than summer.

Yes it is true, wasting of water is a crime and in Delhi, a penalty of upto Rs 2000 will be imposed on the residents if the water tanks in their complexes are found overflowing.

Playgrounds are there in east Delhi but it has space for not more than 5 children to play. Residents welfare association have lodged many complaints to construct a play area in all the localities and the Delhi Development Authority has promised to take the matter seriously.

Great news for Delhiites and the tourists. The parking lot was a demand from the residents of Delhi and it took two long years to complete the project. The parking lot has a capacity for 1,020 cars. The new mutli level parking lot at the Parade Ground on Subhas Marg.

At last the project was inaugurated and according to source, the sewage plant will not only treat sewage but also it will produce electricity using biogas. About 60% of the power required for running the plant shall be met from the power generated through the gas engines. The 30 millions gallons per day Okhla sewage plant project will generate around 1,105kWh of power.

For mid-term investment, go for Noida expressway because average prevailing price in the area is Rs 3500/- sq ft where as for the ready to move-in apartment, prices are Rs 6000/- sq ft. If you hold the property for next 3 years the expected price will be around Rs 5000/- plus sq ft.
