Hey Praveen, You can say the existing price because still now the charges has not increased. The existing rates is Rs 2,350 per hour for pulling down illegal structures.

Hi Deva it actually happened like this- A landlord has rented his property to a tenant. His sons returned from America due to recession and wanted to settle down here and were in need of the tenented property, but the tenant refused to vacate. Later court gave judgment in favour of the land-owner making the tenant to leave.
