Prohibited area.. the word itself says that nothing to be done there... But still few builders become over-ambitious and construct projects there.
And by doing so they are struck in illegal issues. This later results in the further delay of projects.

Hey Charan, recently the Haryana Tourism Corporation built several rooms and tourist complex in some place of Faridabad. Since it was a prohibited area, the construction has been ordered to stop.

The construction is going on full swing. The expected possession date of Omaxe SPA Village is by December 2012.

As far as I know some of the flats was about to get the possession by end of 2011. But still now there was no surety whether the flats will get possession by 2012 end or some time later.

When the project was launched then it was declared that the possession will be given with in 18 months. At the time of the builder buyer agreement the time was extended to 24 months.You may find the legal date of the possession 24 months onwards from the date of agreement.It will be handed over by the end of 2012. Some builders like BPTP and omaxe have given possession and around 50 families have also moved in to BPTP,but these buildings still lack basic amenities,which will offcourse be delived in due time. ERA’s construction is going on at a decent pace but it will still take an year.Even if ERA hands over possession of some units now,it will still not be possible to live there since construction in adjoining units will make accessibility cumbersome. This area will certainly be one of the most desired places to live in ,in due times to come.This is also amply evident from the interest that property dealers are showing in to buy your unit in this area now a days by either calling u directly or sending u SMS.I receive atleast one call in a week from a broker giving me an offer to sell out my property at a lucrative rate.
