Dear Manish I was at Space Station work site a fortnight back. Work is in progress only in one tower ( I think it is tower 8) . Construction is OK. But it appears that firm is way behind schedule. Unless pressure is brought on to firm they may not quicken the process. Besides one more thing that I observed regarding toilets of the flats is that they are separated with a partition of clear glass from living area as well as from outside. Prakash

Hey Ashok, I have not seen swimming pool in the website, the amenities that are provided are central park, security 24/7, air condition gym, car parking, 100% power back up, lifts and jogging tracks.

I think the rates have come down because first when I checked for the rates in the builders website it was around 2,650 per sq ft and when I checked a couple of months ago it was RS 2,400 per sq ft and now its Rs 2350 sq ft.

Hey Jayasree, Many projects are there in Kondapur, Hyderabad. You can check out some of them like Aditya Sunshine, Pavana Residency or Casa Rouge. I feel buy a flat in an apartment is a good idea.
