What are the expected rentals for a 2 bhk flat? Are all the approvals from the municipality in order? I have heard that the quality of construction of the projects of this builder is not very good. As I am planning to purchase a flat in the Arcadia project will anyone be able to throw some light on the same? Also the price offered is 1700/sq ft, is it all right? Thanks.

This project was started way back in 2007. Even after nearly 6 years in construction not a single apartment is ready to occupy. This is called a dream project... indeed a dream project to dream about because this doesn't seem to materialize before 2020 if at all it succeed to complete.

We are a Swiss couple and will be moving for sure to Hyderabad. We will come after the summer and will only need a home on October 1, 2012. I know that it is early and I will refesh as the date gets nearer, however, should you hear of any homes become available on or about that date, please let us know.we have never been to India so we need some assistance initially seeking a housekeeper and a cook, cleaning and cooking for two. We are prepared to pay a fair salary depending on experience. I am not sure what this amount is although I will check with various agencies etc. to determine pay levels.i was wondering, does one know the price of electricity with ac, gas, internet. All the usual questions for which I apologize. We are seeking a villa primarily, furnished if possible. We are retired couple in our fifties. I am currently on a writing project and would prefer a quiet locale, at least for part of the day.

For what ever it is please go through the management . there is a hug of a guy called Satyanatha Rao is Jayabheri Orange County who acts like he owns the property , we a bunch of NRIs came to take a look at the property and his attitude threw us off.. I am sure its the managements loss to have such a person customer facing , my admin assistant is working on getting an apointment with Mr Murali Mohan this week to address this as this is loss of face for indians who bring in international clients to the community most of these folks are VP s and Senior level directors in the companies near by , now we have many moving to lodha bellize just out of disgust and this guys attitude.

Not even 1 out of 13 stations is fully complete? Construction work is going on only in station 13 and station 6. Is it not misleading the people by claiming that by 2013 the project will be fully complete ? Why is the construction going on at snails pace? Still transverse slab work is not complete, only station 13 & 6 have transverse slab. Even 3 level parking space for all the stations is not complete. After 3 years, all there is to show is raft foundation and 2 incomplete stations i.e 13 & 6.

I am not happy with quality of recycled water supplied to toilet flush in all bathrooms. This recycled water contains lumps of dirt. It has following drawbacks 1. I am spending more water to clean the toilet after flushing. 2. If I dont clean after flush... it seems like commode is not flushed after using. 3. Tank in wall gives more problem in operating properly as a result of dirt particles. I have already brought this issue up with maintenance. What more can I do to ensure clear water for flushing toilets?
