Ok so they've atleast updated you so much. We are kept in complete darkness and every time we reach out to them they say the approval will be ready in a week's time. Our booking deposit has been with them since December and now they are saying they will deduct 25k if the booking is cancelled. Perfect way of putting customers in a fix. It's not worth investing in this project considering it as an investment as the price is on the extremely higher side. Even though they have reduced the prices from the original launch price of 5290 per sq feet to 4950 but that price still seems on a higher side. The cost of a 3 bed unit is 1.3 crore. It's extremely up to the individual to buy it or not but for sure it's not for any investment. The other reviews provided seems either from agents or from the builder itself but this is my unbiased opinion. 4500 psqft seems a good bet on this project considering 2 years possession time.

I agree with you. They are big time cheaters. Everything is of poor quality. To start with, their labour is unskilled. No quality control. I don't think they are either going to get occupancy certificate as well. Nothing has been delivered Gym Solar Water Water Harvesting Children Play Area Snooker Table Advanced Security System Intercom Swimming Pool Now they are going to put 6 parking slots on the drive way as if everything else was going normal. Not sure whether they have paid VAT/Service tax which they collected from us. Only solution seems to be, taking these guys to court.

As far as I know DLF maiden Heights is one of the leading and reputed real estate company. the company has successfully completed many projects and they have never ever made any compromise towards the quality of construction, location and infrastructure. The project is located at Jigani, Bommasandra which is 5.5kms away from Hosur Road, 8 kms away from Bannerghatta Road so I feel the location is very good and well connected to the other place of the city. It is a good investment because the connectivity is good, locality and the amenities.
If you are looking from investment point of view then you must also consider Sobha Lifestyle. a project of Sobha Developers a very well established brand in South India and now is giving a tough competition to DLF.
