Latest Answer: I dont recomend this project. There is a dispute between landlord and the builder. They will not show you Builder flats. This property do not have CC, NOC, or OC but they say you can get a loan. CC and OC are very very very important incase you want to sell in future cuz banks will ask for them or else the buyer will not get a loan to buy your flat. So its pure Financial Suicide. I was a Victim myself. becareful.

Thank you for your response. Are you from Lasya Developers? I am looking site or independent house in the near vicinity of Silk board or easy access from Silk board. I aware that BTM, Koramangala, HSR layouts are too expensive but still exploring.
I have visited few time to RS layout & liked it though it is little far. Open to explore similar projects.

JR housing uses green park as a hub for all of their projects running near Marsur – Chandapura Anekal surrounding area. Though, JR Green Park association already being formed legally but JR Builder is not ready to handover the layout. Only reason being, they provide shelter to all the laborers (from all their projects), in JR green park. They have full time employed rowdies going door to door for maintenance and threats resident in case of delay by a day or so. If you demand for a repair of street light, they go crazy. They threat to disconnect water. Imagine you are not there at home and some rowdies comes to your home and threat your family. So cool, right?
