the schedule was delayed due to recession but now its a hudco funded project and there should be no delays. some of the flats even have been occupied in the A block. Papers look clean. i have booked a 1st flr flat in the e block so, i guess you can go ahead.

1) Good Location - Residential Feeling 2) Decent design - Not cramped , limited wall sharing. 3) Not bad amenities - Has all those regular featues 4) Delivery delayed - By 12 months & counting. Possession for A block seems to be happening in July. But, my flat is due only in Oct (E - Block). So I am delayed by 18 months now. But in BLR real estate market for 2nd / 3rd tier builders. That is the norm in last couple of years
