Q:Has anyone recently inquired about the price and the availability of 2/3 BHK flats in Greenage? Btw, the builder had said that the possession for Alpine and Birch blocks will be in June 2012, and for Juniper and Oak blocks will be Sep-Dec 2012.Anyone thinks this is likely?

Latest Answer: I think by this time you would have already know what MJR builders are and how they cheat people. But if not then i'll list down the points how they cheat people.
- Apartment deliverable delayed by 8 months and still counting
- They promise something while booking of apartment and deliver something worse at last.
- Quality of construction is very bad, becoz they start late so to catch up the time frame they will construct quickly and hence quality will be worse. We have n number of examples in our owners community to prove this.
- Lot of deviations in plan so won't get OC and CC from BBMP and other authorities.
- Frequent changes in Project management team and issues are never address.
