Q: Looking for a 1BHK ready to move in Indirapuram and Vasundhra in the budget of Rs 22-23 lakh.

In that budget first of all want to know which place will be better for investment pupose.

Builder Floor are available in Nyay Khand, Gyan Khand, Back side flats area 450 - 500 sq ft in indiratpuram. Flats are avail in Niti Khand, Shakti Khand also but the price are coming 24-25 Lac, same with back side. Please advice me.

In Vasudhra, Sector - 1, 2, 3, 5 having builder floors are available. but here floors are can avail in front side as well as back side, area 500 - 550 sq ft.

I heard that Vasundhra have registries on Lease hold not freehold. please guide me on this issue?

I want to know which place will be better for Investment purpose.
Latest Answer: Hi nitesh, After the recent hike in property prices, builder floors in indirapuram are comming at a range of 27-30 Lakhs for a 1BHK builder floor. I will suggest that you can look at vasundhra and vaishali for a range of upto 25 lakhs. Also will say that problems in registry comes where the plans have not been approved earlier, so check if all the papers are in place. Both indirapuran and vasundhra are good investment and is seeing a increase in rates

Q: I really want to book a flat in mantra meadows, but have few quaries.
1) This project is in soft launch from last 6 months and till now the property is not approved by GDA.
2) From some resources i came to know that they had sold there land to other builder also on the website ob ABL (abl.in) there is no information about this project.

So is it safe to invest in this?

You won't even get any revert from Shipra for your queries regarding the project. After 5 years, Shipra Group will ask you to take refund without interest... that's how Shipra Group is making itself " A GROUP ". I stayed invested with SHIPRA group for more than two years and till now, no progress in project. No body from SHIPRA group is updating on the status of project nor ready to refund the money. Latest Answer: Hi, i had called and was told that the construction work has already started, they are aiming for completion in 2016, i was also told that approvals from GDA and other banks have come through as well so nothing else to delay the project as of now.

Latest Answer: Hi Shalabh, when i called for update i was told thay they are planning to start giving possession by Feb 2014. it seems the tiling and other internal works is going on before giving the possessions.
