I booked 2nd floor for 26L in WRC in June2014. And as u all know that there is no further progress since then. I doubt that this project has been launched or not yet. Before 1-2 months a news came that Bhoomi Poojan done in WRC, but my friend bhoomi poojan can be done without launching as there is no need to have paper work for that. As the next demand is not arising and BBA is also pending and 1 yr is going to be complete in my case. I am fad up with this slow speed. Yesterday I talked to a WRC official he was saying that "in mid of june BBA will be done and next installment will be arise in June also, the things are delaying due to some kid of approval from GDA".
I have complete doubt in that also, May be there are some land issue with farmers pending thats y it is delaying.
Well.... my dear friends(broker) stop praising for this project and give us some ground report that u know.
